I want to mention that you know in our business we see a lot of properties and we fall in love with a lot of them. This is no exception, in fact the moment we pulled up to this property we both felt it. We Loved it from the start....and that is the problem with this property.
No we aren't going to purchase it, as much as we wish we could, but no only do the current owners love it and really don't want to sell it but this is going to happen to a lot of people that see this property. We just know it....
The property is an odd shaped property and its split by the ranch road but I don't think that this will even be a concern for most people after they see it.
